Lawyer Tino Wollschläger was born in Ludwigsfelde, is married and has three children. He attended the "Polytechnische Oberschule" in Großbeeren. After passing his "Abitur" (higher-level school leaver examination) at Ludwigsfelde's grammar school he completed his national service with the Bundeswehr.
From 1994 until 1997 he successfully trained as a higher non-technical al officer at Berlin's fiscal administration in Berlin-Zehlendorf tax office combined with study at the "Fachhochschule für Verwaltung und Rechtspflege" (Polytechnic for administration and administration of justice) in Berlin where he was awarded his degree as a "Diplom-Finanzwirt" (financial manager).
From 1997, he then studied jurisprudence at Potsdam University, specialising in economics and taxes and successfully completed his degree in 2002 with the 1st state law examinations.
The subsequent three-year articled clerk/legal intern period was spent at Brandenburg's Higher Regional Court, where he also focused on economics and taxes. He completed his practical legal training for government officials in civil law at Zossen District Court. At Potsdam's state prosecutor's office he mainly dealt with criminal insolvency offences in the economic department. His administration training phase was spent at the Legal and Public Order Office of Ludwigsfelde's town administration. Most of his practical law training was spent at Potsdam-Land tax office and the lawyer and tax consultant Dr. Michael Kirchhoff where, after passing his 2nd state law examinations in 2004, he has been employed since, mainly working on tax matters.
Since mid-2005, he has been licensed as a lawyer with Potsdam Regional Court and Zossen District Court.
He is currently preparing for his tax consultant examinations. |
